Who should be in charge of the BP oil spill other then BP?
BP seems to be more interested in profits then in the environment. If you were the President or Congress , how would you solve the oil spill? Who would you send to stop up the BP hole? The marines with submarines? Other oil companies? Fishermen? A millionaire?
