if u think like that, definetely everything is harmful in the world.
vehicle, phone, radio, A/c’s, ovens, nd all…….
If you get close enough to your computer screen there’s probably one around your head…AAAAARRRRRGHHh!!!! watch out!
Nope. Low-frequency e/m fields don’t do a thing to biological systems (that is, living things.) At one time we thought they might, but after some thirty years of experimentation the evidence isn’t there. Cell phones won’t hurt you, either.
actually cell phones can cause brain tumors
NO, absolutely not. If electricity caused cancer, we’d all be dead right now. Our planet has electromagnetic fields, no where to run on that one…seriously, no. I’m sure the oil industry would love for you to believe that silly rumor though.
Bringing the oil companies down, all the way down should be the goal. They have singlehandedly helped us, yes, it’s our fault too, destroy our environment and our economy. It’s time for some payback. So conserve whenever and wherever you can. Use gas when you must, but use a lot less. Let’s see how low gas can go. We can do this, we just have to want to.
no absolutely
to cause problem field needs to b strong and there shud be a long time period of subjection to it
Actually long term studies showed that living under or near high frequency electric lines can cause birth defects and cancer, hybrid cars emit similar EMFs. There is no short term impact but if you spend quite a lot of time in your car then this can cause cancer and other problems.
The following link http://www.niehs.nih.gov/health/topics/agents/emf discusses EMF and their potential problems, anything is hard to prove statistically but it is a concern, so thinking that hybrids are a saving grace may be wrong not to mention the serious problem with their batteries that die after 7 years. If I were looking for a new car, I would consider a bio diesel.
The idea that low level non-ionising electromagnetic fields cause cancer has been quite well refuted (all the studies which showed an increase risk of any negative effects turned out to be badly done).
Those who persist in saying that electric cars, mobile phones, computers, etc cause cancer or birth defects are just quacks who you shouldn’t listen to (some of them are selling worthless trinkets they claim will protect you).
