are you sure you are ready ? just curious as you don’t even have a clean diet or work out or trainer!?

I would get myself to a gym if I were you , an actual boxing gym not just any gym don’t get tricked with some fitness b/s that doesn’t teach you boxing.

now if you did that you should be in shape after 6-9 months .

your typical diet will suck lol nothing that tastes great , no sugar , candy , soda , alcohol , no smoking, 60% carbs 20/20 protein and essential fats ..

I would take a multi vitamin everyday as well as some whey protein shakes , amino acids and omega 3 fish oil pills and cla to get your essentials ( fatty acids , protein and amino acids help heal muscles and build them as well as many other things)

nothing from any fast food restruant , don’t over eat , if you are maintaining weight eat 2000 calories healthily a day
apples are great

if you need to drop aim towards cutting the calories per day till you hit around 1300 calories a day .

good luck oh and the work outs are every thing you can do from sprints to running shadow boxing to walking to sparring weights resistance training jogging

be ready for the most important is squats , push ups and sit ups you should be able to do tons of these upon waking do say 25 each .. threw out the day do a good amount don’t kill yourself and if you are injured rest .. don’t work out more than 5 days a week you need at least a day off

cardio is obviously important and interval training simulates actual fights punching bags of all sorts help and stretching is always important between just movement for a fight or just so you don’t tear a muscle working out ..

don’t be dumb and skip a boxing gym find 1 and at least try it out for say a month so you get the actual boxing aspect down there has been alot of people who were in top shape but didn’t get anywhere but the hospital in boxing … you obviously wouldn’t want that lol

trainers can also give you a good diet plan .
