That is not only HHO it is also carbon monoxide a deadly gas in enclosed spaces so your lpm will be off by the additional CO created.
and corrosion problems if your voltage is continue as a car’s battery voltage.

I initially bought a stainless steel canister for my cell because I couldn’t find any acrylic ones. I was reluctant to use it because I was thought the vessel had to be insulated. I think I’ll reconsider using my stainless steel canister. Thanks for your idea.
