No, it is not possible to make biofuel from oyster mushrooms.
Yes you can make bio-fuel from any organic matter. It would be very difficult to get enough oyster mushrooms to make a worthwhile amount of fuel, and you can sell them as food for 200 to 300 times the amount you would get for any fuel you could process from them. Research methane digesters. They will convert anything organic to burnable methane.
