What do you know about the nuclear energy contained in seawater?

I’m reading this textbook called, The Science of Sound, and on p. 15 it mentions converting “the nuclear energy contained in sea water into electrical energy to replace our dwindling supply of oil and gas.” I would love to know more about this but I don’t really know where to start. Thanks!!
