i just want to know about what types of rotor blade wind turbine that is suitable for low wind speed region where the monthly mean wind speed is about 1.5-2m/s and the maximum wind speed is about 8m/s. can u give me some suggestion how to choose the best rotor blade of wind turbine that can be applied in region to generate electricity from wind energy system. if u have any wind turbine user’s manual that have the technical data of wind turbine, can u email to me.
