There will be no radiation from the facility. With the environmental regulations and oversight today, I wouldn’t worry too much about emissions. As for EMF’s, no study has ever been able to prove that they pose a signficant risk. You will get more of that from your microwave and electric razer than from electric lines. I would say the asthetic impacts would be more of a nuisance than anything else.
