  1. im sorry, but the prius isn’t enviromental so shut up about all that. its only economical

  2. interesting to see everybody here is against this car
Im 15 now, if i was a little bit older with a job and money, this car is my first pick

  3. you talk about the pro-enviroment image. so ugly is the new image of eco-friendlyness? and did i hear somone say sleek look? it takes styling cues from a pontiac aztec.
didn’t the old fieros get 40 mph? i’d rather have one of them.

  4. 34k??? omg, doesn’t make sense when you can buy a new or slightly used car that gets mid to upper 30’s mpg, for around $15k, you’ll never make up for the difference in price, even with the better mpg’s!

The Toyota Prius also releases CO emissions… as well as every other car.

  6. @SimonFanTV
Toyota buys thousands of tons of nickel from this mine they then put it on a boat ship it to the uk china japan. the hummer h3 gets like 19mpg high way i dont have to do the math because others have a toyota prius costs 3.25$ a mile a hummer costs 2.00$ a mile a prius lasts an average of 100,000 miles a hummer 300,000 miles even if a prius is more fuel efficient it still does more damage to the eco system

  7. @atgskater14
Hummer also releases Carbon Monoxide that is also bad for the enviroment… compare the change of batteries and constant gas station… you do the math.

  8. @etsen3 i think they did toyota put the gauges all in the center and high so the person can look at the windshield and have a little glance at the very nearby gauges.

  9. impresive i’ll admit, would i go buy it?…mmm no.

i’d rather a Scion IQ or a Mini Cooper still, but its not a bad car. just don’t be cocky about it if you do get one, cuz really it doesn’t make jesus christ, it just means you bought a Prius.

i still looking forward to the Nissan Leaf though, its nicer looking and is all electric and has pretty decent numbers on it.

but i don’t think these’ll sell simply because of Toyotas recall.

  10. I have a second millage car I use for long trips… It’s a 1993 Ford Festiva with a 1.3 liter Mazda engine in it. On the freeway I get 50 mpg with it. Plus it’s a lot faster then a Prius. Only thing is, if I do get in an accident with my Festiva, I’ll most likely won’t make it.

  11. pro environment to make the damn car you got to mine for nickel which causes sulfur dioxide to shoot into the atmosphere which causes acid rain seriously a hummer is more eco friendly than a prius its ugly slow and uncomfortable if you want fuel efficiency buy a ford focus

  12. @mediteranian213 hello

in the uk nothing as happened to the prius well… its now a 3 month waiting list coz of all the media hype selling more more. infact the only country that as had the problem is the US….. and in our papers it says that last guy in the GEN 2 prius was a fate. so….. i dunno…. i not worried Toyota are a good firm..

  13. @rns101 THANKS FOR THE GREAT PERSPECTIVE FROM AN EUROPEAN VIEW POINT . BUT WERE THEIR ANY ACCIDENT IN THE UK DUE THE BRAKE PROBLEMS FROM THE PRIUS LIKE IN THE US ……I REALLY WHANA KNOW CAUSE THAT ALL U HEAR IN THE STATES

  14. @xxgg
I agree. I wish Volkswagen sold their BlueMotion Golf here in the United States. I heard it can get 60+ mpg.
