Thats about all of them I know of. Ramjet engines which use nuclear fusion is probably the best
Nasas doing a spaceship project, new design, to carry us further than mars. A new propulsion system using liquid oxygen and hyrdogen. And another propulsion engine that utilizes….something….I don’t remember but it is definitly not rocket fuel or any fuel I know of, I saw pictures, it looks like an orange-red straight beam firing out. Apparently I hear its VERY fast.
Gravity assist seems to be one of the most effective technologies. NASA as well as other space agencies use it to great effect to get heavy probes to the outer planets and asteroids with minimal expenditure of chemical fuels. They also used it to send the voyagers and other probes completely out of the solar system. Read all about it here:
