The world needs a new source of energy, an unspillable source.

  1. Google power meter was invented to regulate the consumption of power potentially provided to the public for sale by Google Energy, LLC using 111 year old Tesla technology. This venture between Elon Musk and Google was commemorated by the Triforce Easter egg symbols in 2009. Many of these triangle symbols were incorporated into the Google Doodles that lead up to the 09/09/09 9:09:09 Google Doodle and were subsequently removed from record in The Great Google Doodle Conspiracy.

  2. Something obviously went wrong in September 2009. Did they cause Sumatra? Did they invent “Zelda Fan” Susie Sahim to retroactively explain the reason why the Nintendo Tri-Force logos were included in the Doodles in the first place and take the blame off George Hwang because he was instructed by Larry Page and Sergey Brin to include the symbolic Triforce symbols? Wish we could ask The Three Musketeers of Tesla Motors but they died in Palo Alto and their bodies were burned beyond recognition.

  10. i don’t know messing with the earths core seems like a bad idea to me..if you get enough countries tapping the resource. it will eventually deplete it..it may take a few hundred yrs. but when its gone.its gone.then watch the planet stop rotating..lol..or go into deep freeze mode..if these scientist were so smart they would come up with a better idea for cheap power..i know one thing the world is over populated.. if there wasn’t so many people we wouldn’t need this..diseases will take care of us.

  11. The enhanced is you don’t need to find water beneath. You pump the water down where you form artificial cracks…

  12. Sorry, but I don’t see where is the “enhanced” part…I see a conventional geotermal here…:S

  13. I agree completely. We should proceed carefully, not everything is forever. However, if this is, then great!

  14. I really liked your channel and this video. If you need any help getting this video exposed I use a site called tubeviews.(net) It has really helped like 20 of my main videos get to the top in position. Its nice.

This rox… Thank you very much.

  15. royb673, as my Dad used to say, “you have reason!” HDR/EGS will save the world — it’s just a question of when. As far as cooling off the Earth, it can’t happen. Ninety percent of the planet is over 1000 degrees F. Even the deepest EGS wells will barely scratch the surface. At most, a small percentage of the energy in the Earth’s CRUST (basically the skin of the apple) will be harvested. The rest of the Earth (including the heat source 4000 miles away) won’t know and won’t care.

  16. i dont think it would be possible for this technology to result in a cumulative cooling of the earths interior heat.

the earths heat is generated by nuclear fusion from the core of the planet and produces vastly more energy than we need to sustain all our energy demands.

this is the transition to a type 1 civillization!

  17. Not to mention the cooling of the caldera at Yellowstone could prevent that particular supervolcano from erupting and laying waste to all of North America. (This has actually happened in the past)

  18. Don’t get this 100 EJ estimate.
It means that we use on average about 300kWh/day.
Heck, our 3 bedroom consumes that in a month.

  19. I do like this idea, but we should proceed with caution.

My old neighbor was a logger. In 1940 the forest was endless. Today he’s shocked how billions of us have destroyed much of what sustains us. His generation thought it was impossible.

Might this technology repeat this error? Could long-term, world-wide, seemingly insignificant energy extraction accumulate affecting over-all core temperature? Could the injected water cause tectonic plate slippage? Has anyone modeled the “what if” factor?

Google’s Renewable Energy Cheaper than Coal initiative focuses on solar thermal power, advanced wind, EGS and other potential breakthrough technologies. Available video includes a narrated package introducing EGS and a video of a SketchUp = 14000000 Exajoules santabaraartstv.com
