yes it is very safe to use and recommended by a lot of people :)
There are commercial disinfectant solutions that can be used in lieu of autoclaving. If you’re a professional, you should already be aware of this and should look into it. Ordinary household bleach works, too. Soak for at least 10 minutes after cleaning and scrubbing the equipment in a soapy solution, then rinsing.
why not use alcohol?
