  1. @liorhenco I did the videos when I did the tests at the LEEIF facility. The experiments were funded by NASA, (that’s a fact). The results were preliminary and we decided not to publish the results. Currently we are finishing a new set of vacuum tests that have shown the same effect in hard vacuum. I will be submitting a paper to a journal for publishing this year. The evidence for the effect is very strong and well documented to allow confirmation and replication in the near future.

  3. The experiment was meant to see if there was any evidence of a force that was not conventional in nature. Possibly some kind of space drive effect.

  6. The experiments shown on the videos were preliminary. The new devices are far more efficient than any ion propulsion or ion wind mechanism can achieve. For example XIPS produces .00006 N/W (Newton’s per Watt) Lifters produce about .003 N/W (Newton’s per Watt) and the Ionocraft device produced about .006 N/W. In comparison our devices operate at .024 N/W, without any ion wind. So to answer your question, I can’t tell you what it is, but I can prove what it is not.

  7. Page 16 (pdf 20) of NASA’s CR-2004-213312 in 2004 concluded that “we find that their operation is fully explained by a very simple theory that uses only electrostatic forces and the transfer of momentum by multiple collisions.”

    In short… ITS IONS, NOT ANTIGRAVITY!

  8. I have read the NASA paper CR-2004-213312 (do a google search)

    It concludes the Asymmetrical capacitor works by Ions and air… just like the other antigravity lifters. Even in the vacuum, Robert Talley wrote, “Direct experimental results show that under high vacuum conditions… no detectable propulsive force was electrostatically induced by applying a static potential difference… between test device electrodes…”
