The world needs a new source of energy, an unspillable source.

  1. Think they could fix it and for whatever reason are trying for a cheap fix or an easy fix. Don’t buy BP products myself.

  2. I don’t think they have a clue about how to fix it. And I’ll never buy another BP product in my life.

  3. I am thinking where are the environmentalists, where is the outrage, where are the protesters, where is Al Gore (well, he is probably enjoying being a single old man). I haven’t seen anybody protesting and demanding that this hole be shut for good. And where are the volunteers, common people with the desire to go and clean the beaches regardless of compensation. But noooooooooooooo, everybody is looking into making a buck or two. If they can fix it they will continue pumping oil out of this hole as if nothing had happened. Now we hear Mr. Jindall whining about the jobs lost because of the moratorium on other offshore rigs. Who cares about the wildlife and who cares about the food supply from the oceans and who cares about pristine beaches to enjoy a weekend if we have oil and gas for our cars? We humans are fools living for the present and destroying nature and the environment that sustain our lives. No BP where I live, thank God.

  4. No matter what it is, we’re always told it’s the best technology and that the odds of something happening are infinitely small but eventually something always goes wrong. Nothing designed, constructed and operated by human beings is without error. The sooner we learn this, the better.

Eventually, they’ll find something that’ll work. They always do. I haven’t bought ARCO (BP via merger) in years. It’s cheap but it’s always made any car or truck I put it in run rough and diesel.

  5. I blame the Environmentalist groups A-Z.
They crafted the regs that Hinder BP Today.

What are your thoughts on this BP oil spill?

Do you think they can fix the problem and do you buy your gas at BP now?
