@billythefifer its too deep mate
Why is there not a requirement to have a relief well drilled every time an oil well is drilled in the water? I know that Canada requires this in their waters.
How about freezing with liquid nitrogen then shunt a shut off valve in front of the break. Or is it too deep for the divers to work.
