Question by TOUCH MY PIGTAILS AND DIE!: Shoud I invest in BP stock?
I have to pay over ,200 for some previously purchased stock at my investment company’s local office today. Therefore, I don’t want to make a foolish or hasty decision at this point in time. I’m thinking that if BP survives this oil spill fiasco, some real money can be made in the future. Their stock price has gone down around per share right now since the top kill plan failed. Do you think it’s too risky of an investment? I do expect the company to cut dividend payments. Right now, it pays well in dividends. Is this company on the brink of failure?

Do you really think BP will be around a year from now?
They say it may be august before they get that spill stopped.
