  1. @puppetjaw One would have to think kinked would have been a whole hell of a lot better than shearing the entire pipe off?!

  2. I am dumbfounded by the ignorance of whoever allowed this. Why did you cut it off so close to the flange? You should have left at least 5 feet above the flange to allow other methods of connections to be used. A simple mechanical type coupling / mega lug would have solved this. Pure ignorance. Now you !@*$)# it up so bad you’ll never get anything on it and you sure as @#$! can’t cut it off and try again! Have you ever seen what a shear does to a piece of pipe-not even close to a clean cut.

    The ROV displayed the local time from 08:31 to 09:13 and the cut appears to be complete between 09:06 and 09:09
