Question by Unique_Phenom: How has the oil spill affected Louisiana, and the residents of Louisiana? What can be done to fix it?
Who are the major players in the oil spill disaster? What are their roles? I’m just trying to understand the situation a little more any help is appreciated.

I have families that are Louisiana shrimpers, the Gulf oil spill has not affected them at all, despite what you have heard it has been the media fear mongering that has affected the sales of shrimp more than the oil spill.
The Obama Gulf drilling Moratorium has cost thousands of jobs for the oil industry as Obama gave Mexico a billion dollars to explore drilling in the same Gulf of Mexico he is trying to ban America from. It has also cost jobs at refineries in Texas and Louisiana, adding to already high unemployment rates.
The best thing to fix this problem is to vote Obama out of office in 2012, let America drill in the Gulf of Mexico again
