No conspiracy — accidents happen. I am beginning to wonder about the slow response in the clean-up, however, since 0bama could have waived the Jones Act with a stroke of a pen, and allowed the 13 or so countries who offered skimmers to help.
I think 0bama believes that an oil catastrophe that is allowed to destroy most of the gulf, furthers his goal of cap and tax.
