@thetruthergirls good for you. I try to avoid them too. I recently became a vegetarian again. I used to be one in my 20’s. I felt great. looked great, and just felt better. I will see if it has the same effect. Your tooth diet seems hardcore. I dunnno if I could do that. I didn’t know that a dead tooth in your mouth could be bad for your immune system.
