I guess I’ll just have to greenscreen myself onto the next video we retsupurae. THINGS THAT ARE WRONG: -Majority of footage is not 720p and is upscaled -Some stuff is overexposed -Stop using Magic Bullet color correction presets -Fake vignette. Why does a videogame review need a vignette? -00:05 SNES footage upscaled and also converted to an aspect ratio the game does not display in. There’s also an UNREGISTERED HYPERCAM 2 watermark. -If you’re going to upscale shit then you might as well have some consistency. Borderlands footage is column-boxed and takes up a tiny portion of the screen. -Why do you need a thirty second long intro? -00:30 Nice keyframing. Good job zooming in on your logo, I can’t see the compression at all! Also it’s stretched at the beginning for some reason. -EPIC MUSIC. Seriously, you’re talking about videogames. If you’re going to use ridiculous music then you might as well act enthused so it matches. -You’re recording with a pretty expensive high-end consumer camera and yet your footage looks kinda washed out. -I’m assuming you are meant to be the focus in the shot, but the giant fake TV right in the middle of the screen is pretty distracting! -You use a boom mic attached to the shoe of your camera and yet your sound is pretty awful. Listen to that echo! -Okami came out 5 years ago! The Wii version used in the review seriously came out 2 years ago. -INTUITIVE BORDERS are really dumb. You don’t need to have your names circled when you are talking
