  1. 1) Wash with mild soap, preferably with no perfumes or extra oils and moisturizers.

    2) I sponge off my face with 50% alcohol (enough to kill all the acne-causing bacteria without burning my face off and flaking off my skin with dryness) soaked in two cosmetic cotton pads every time I wash.

    3) Use Clearasil with 10% benzoyl peroxide– the only stuff PROVEN to dry up acne.

    4) Drink lots of water, eats loads of green, leafy vegetables, and stay away from fried, oily, and fatty foods.

If you cut your skin, you may scar for a long time. You may push out the sebum– gently and from the base of the bump only– but ONLY if the top of the bump has turned completely black or is oozing or is a whitehead about to pop on its own.

If you follow EVERY step, I guarantee you results. Tell me how you’re doing in a week.
