Question by Carley: What should I name my blue veil tail betta fish?
I just got a betta fish. It’s a boy, and I don’t know what to name him! I want it to be a long name. One that has a nickname.

I was thinking bolt would be a good name, but if you want a long one then blue streak or thunder sound cool too :)

I’d name him Finn, it’s a short, and sweet happy name.
Also make sure he’s in a cycled 5 Gallon tank with a light filter and heater, so he’ll live for over 5 years. ;)

Well i’ve only ever named one fish in my entire life…. Lester my 5 year old yoyo loach. The only reason he has that name is because when i got him from a friend he had that name and my friend said if i kept the loach i would need to keep the name. But i digress, Maybe like Shroud or storm

Finn is such a cute name! Finny is cute to! I hope he is in a 2.5 gallon+ with a heater, and a filter is recommended. I hope you enjoy your new betta!

Maybe berry? Since its blue! My betta fish is purple and turquoise and black and I named it Philippe berry and then my last name! Hope it helped!
Rybam (рыбам), which is Russian for fish. It can be taken as Ryan, too :)
