The world needs a new source of energy, an unspillable source.

  1. You idiots. This actually works. What happens is the fan generates power by
turning from the wind that’s blowing through the fan, so as he goes faster,
the fan spins faster, and speeds the car up even more. Eventually the car
    breaks the speed of light.

  2. I hope you people thinking this works are joking…. But u know there are
vortexes “eddies” on any car going down the road… hhmm Mark my words
someone will use this and not give me any credit like ALWAYS.

  3. The amount of drag etc. casue by the air moving through the blades uses
more energy than the generator creates, net loss. That is the 2nd Law of
hTermodynamics in action! But, perhaps the gentlemen never studied Law!

  4. Hahahaha this just in: chinese man breaks all known laws of physics and
creates perpetual motion by being the thousandth dumbass to stick a fan on
    his car.

    Yall are literally fucking retarded.

  5. There is one thing I haven’t seen mentioned. Yes the drag of the fan does
cause extra energy consumption on uphill or even somewhat level driving
conditions, but gravity can provide the extra assistance needed to produce
excess energy in down hill situations.

  6. Add in some solar panels for times when the car is parked in the hot sun
and you would further help keep the batteries charged.

  7. I don’t know who is more stupid. The “inventor”, the journalist or the
fools that doesn’t get that such a turbine would increase the drag and the
energy consumption of the vehicle. Basically you would waste more energy
than you could get from such a turbine in a moving vehicle.

The only way to make “sense” of such a turbine would be to have the car
parked in a storm that’s strong enough that it would turn the turbine to
generate electricity. A foldable and portable windmill would be a much
    better idea.

  8. Wind-Powered Car? yeah… baby! the car moving thus cause the air around
the car to become in motion to the moving car thus wind power AND the 4
tires turning is also a waste of energy thus should be also hooked up to
generators..We humans have really been dumb down about how easy it is to
obtain / acquire free energy! airplanes could do this as well

  9. I’m sure glad somebody’s finally getting this information out that has been
suppressed by big oil companies, and the US government for decades!
Before long we’ll all be driving around with fans in front of our engines.

  10. Oh cool, so I guess you just have to start with the car going 40 mph to
charge the electric motor. Piece of cake! Oh, and you can just make it more
aerodynamic but keep the fan. That will fix everything!

  11. I was thinking of building a wind powered car, would it be possible to sell
it if it was safe and didn’t look ugly, Iike must electric cars these days?

  12. The turbine reduces the (dencity*v^2)/2. term in Bernoulli’s equation…
sourcing exergy from the air itself..

  13. Just imagine yourself in place of the car. You have a turbine mounted to
your chest and you run down the road. The turbine will spin and create
energy to charge a battery, but the added wind resistance to your body will
require you to work harder than you would without the turbine. Over a
reasonable distance this would cause you to burn more energy and wear you
out much faster. All you’re doing is transferring the energy back to the
batteries in a continuous, and ineffective loop.

  14. Your car battery is charged by your car and your car is powered by
petrol/diesel This is converting energy, not creating it

  15. If you voted for Obama I suggest you take 90% of your income and invest in
this car you will be a billionaire

Wind-Powered Car ‘Could Cut China’s Smog’

A Chinese farmer has invented a wind-powered electric car that he says could save his country from the pollution caused by its rapidly growing car market. An…
