Interesting design, but what are the specs? (Voltage, Amperage, Heat, Liters Per Minute)
I made a similar design when I first began making HHO cells and it turned out to be a Water Boiler, because the Amperage was too high. Do you have any plans to incorporate neutrals into your design to even out the voltage and amperage?
However, potassium hydroxide is toxic and should be handled with care and proper protection.
Careful with sodium bicarbonate(baking soda) and sodium chloride(a common salt compound or known to many as table salt), they both produce harmful gases. With sodium bicarbonate it’s CO2(not harmful in low concentrations) and CO which gives the HHO burn a visible flame(red to orange). With sodium chloride it’s chlorine gas which is real nasty stuff, so I would recommend not to use ether and use potassium hydroxide(Potash) which you can obtained at a hardware store.
does the cell create heat in the connection wires? does your battery has sufficient load?
dos get realy hot
unless u buy a machine that quickly turn the power off and on it will not over heat
thats a nice one man, have you tried it in your car or something?
Again, try this for extended period….like half hour to an hour. Large Surface area, big amperage draw and electrolyte will cause heat and amps to rise exponentially until the water boils! Back to the drawing board! All the best.
What were the volts and amps ?
