  1. try this quick fun and messy
    get 2 buckets of equal size punch 1 hole in th bottom of one bucket and punch 10 holes in the bottom of the other bucket
    give the kids equal size water cups (500 ml Paper/plastic)
    have two more buckets double the size of the holed buckets filled with water and now a relay race to see which team can fill there bucket first
    this will show the idea about leaving taps running /leaking faucets

  2. Save up plastic bottles and newspapers
    burn the bottles and newspapers in your fireplace with the flue closed
    this teaches children how much recycling fills the atmosphere with polution
