I don’t think the are being secretive, what is happening is live on the internet It would be comforting to believe that the experts know what they are doing, but I think they really don’t have any idea whether or not it will work.

If it does, obummer will take all the credit. Just you watch.
The news is secretive BC the media likes obummer, but the “tide” is turning…….black & it’s his slow responce that is causing it.
