Conditions for Corporations acting in the US, is not regulated enough.If regulations told BP that precautions must be taken for handling ie Oilspills,or face hard charges through courts in the US.For ex in Sweden if something like this would occur,the corporation responsible would have guidelines to Ensure the highest safety possible for the workers taking care of the oilspills(higher wages,providing of equipment etc)It really comes down to bad politics,and BP uses these nonregulatory conditions
