In this clip they are doing a seabed survey with the ROV (remotely operated vehicle) using the robotic manipulator arm to examine the drilling mud chunks on the sea floor. The location is away for the wellhead at the end of the riser pipe that is laying on the ocean bottom. It looked like they where going to place in the tool drawer but then changed their mind.
