This clip shows the ROV (remotely operated vehicle) backs away from the BOP (blowout preventer) and is going to get a new hydraulic saw that doesn’t leak. The ROV bumps into something down there you can see the whole thing shakes. They drop the tool down gently and head to the surface probably for more hydraulic fluid and a new tool.
