The project involves the rehabilitation of approximately 300 wells in both the Suban Burung Oil Field and the Mangunjaya Oil Field. The Mangunjaya Oil Field is approximately 6.25 square kilometres in size and was also in production between 1933 and 1945 by Royal Dutch Shell (BPM), Standard of New Jersey (Exxon), Stanvac (Mobil) and Conoco Phillips. The wells in this field were also shut-in in 1945
