  1. No he didn’t, but he did create a device that harnessed electricty from never ending movement, or perpetual motion.

  2. Yes, he also invented a way to tap zero point energy and then the government assasinated him by blowing up his lab.

  3. No, he didn’t. that kind of thing is science fiction to the max.

    And furthermore, if he DID, it would have really teleported matter, and not DUPLICATED it like in the movie.

    — But that was a great movie, wasn’t it? Kept you guessing the whole time. Highly under-rated in my opinion.

Did Nikola Tesla really invent a “teleporting” machine similar to the one in “The Prestige”?

I don’t know, and that is why I am mighty curious.
