I have heard about a water for fuel for diesel engines. It supposedly takes the hydrogen out of the water and burns it. My dad was telling me that it is about two hundred dollars and so new that mechanics probably dont even know about it yet. I was just wondering if anybody had any facts about this… or even heard of it. And if you know about it, then share all you know… PLEASE!

this is not accurate….the only way to remove hydrogen from water is through the electrolsis method. The diesel engine can not do that. Also a diesel can not burn hydrogen with out a spark hydrogen will not ignite unlike diesel.
It’s a scam…like all scams, in theory it would work on a gas engine BUT it will also use MORE energy to produce the hydrogen from water then the energy you would get from burning the hydrogen. Some diesel trucks use propane to boost power or water vapor injection which is a proven way to do so.
Yes. The company is called Dynamic Fuels(they have a web site. They are located in Pickering Ontario Canada. They sell Hydrogen compressors . The unit is called the Jet Star.
It is designed for heavy diesel’s(large truck). The compressor is fitted behind the cab of the truck, and drives hydrogen into the engine via the breather intake.
They claim a considerable amount of fuel savings, that the engine will run cooler, and will not void manufacturer’s warranties.
