2. @Re9syr: Surprisingly, it’s roughly the same as what I’m used to paying here in the States. Rent is a tad bit more expensive, but not by enough to shake a stick at.

6. @Peterwhitlock You can’t just pick parts of a story to facilitate your negative attitude. Jacque joined the KKK in order to dissolve it, much like he did other racist and bigoted groups. His goal was to see if he could change their minds about their negative beliefs. In some cases, he did. So if he can change hard core people, he should be able to enlighten people to a new way of thinking about how we manage the world.

   He admits he was part of a racist group and that his heroes are the same people that gave so much influence to Hitler! He hates God out of ignorance extreme and tells the world his stupidites to prove his ignorance. He said just a few weeks ago that the Pope can’t read! 8. Peterwhitlock – Is it too much to ask that you use proper grammar and punctuation in a post? I don’t understand a single thing you said, aside from the notion that your accusing Jacque Fresco of being a God hater. When’s the last time God did anything positive for humanity? Um, nothing.

   As for him moving to Venus, Florida just so he could name his project The Venus Project, show me proof of that, not just your words. It’s easy to just say what you want…the trick is proving it.

9. we KNOW it makes earthquakes and needs massif amounts of water to work. turbines that used to work fine now need 2 cities to feed them to work at a much less level of power. Where it is natural you also face danger of destruction of all the equipment and lives. It works! But only if the conditions are just right and we see they are not the silly plans of Jf like 4000 MPH trains and anti gravity and so many insanities about GOD and religions to shame himself into the grave is he had morals.

11. Geo thermal power is known proven to cause earthquakes and need MASSIF amounts of water to prove it is far from as useful as claimed. In fact you gamble life and death to use it in some places.

13. It’s only called the Venus Project because the guy who developed it lives in Venus, Florida. If he lived in Jupiter, Florida is probably would have been called the Jupiter Project. lol.

    Don’t get all hung up on names and hidden meaning nonsense. He didn’t name the city he lives in.

    It’s not much of a stretch to simply name your self study project after the city you live in, especially if the city name is unique anyway. So judge the Venus Project on its merit and solutions, not its name.
