Obama says that HE is in charge of the BP oil spill response in a press conference this morning, but he refuses to take any responsibility that comes with BEING in a leadership role.
Is Obama only responsible if things go well, and not if it does not.

welcome to obama’s political philosophy!you wanted him and now your are stuck with him!
Oil is black……Need i say more?
Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding,,,,,,,We have a winner!
They get the blame, He gets the credit.
You conservatives ignore the man’s very words but than turn around like leeches and say he didn’t accept that it’s ultimately on his watch. He said clearly in his news conference throughout and at the end that he took total responsibility for the efforts but he isn’t going to falsely say he is to blame for the explosion and sinking of the oil rig because it’s not one fucking bit true at all.You need to take your head out of the sand just like all conservatives hating Obama need to.
He cannot.. except that he does.
Obama can never be to blame for anything. He has such a thin skin.
well because he wants to seem like hes doing something good by saying hes in charge but dosent wanna take responsibility cause if he does something wrong he wants someone else to get blamed for it and i bet if Mcain would of gotten elected palin would have been stepping up doing what ever she could do obama has nothing he just a stupid jerk.
Obama did accept responsibility for this disaster.
This is a power game. Being the president of the most powerful nation in the world, he can put blame on anybody in the world.
See no Greenpeace or any other environmental group is in action? These are those people who make an issue of a small problem if something happens in developing countries.
US government should be penalized for their act of irresponsibility.
