Question by Michelle: How do I cook turkey bacon for pizza?
I am in a meaty pizza mood and the only meat we have defrosted is turkey bacon. … I want it on top so it will be crispy but not burned. What should I do?

Put it on raw?
halfway cook in microwave to make sure germs are killed?
or cook all the way?

It will be in a 420 degree oven for about 13 minutes.

Cook the bacon halfway in frying pan without oil (so that it’s cooked, but not crispy). The cut it up and put it n the pizza so it gets crispy in the oven. You don’t want to cook the bacon in oil because you’ll end up with greasy pizza.
The bacon shouldn’t stick to the pan. If you need too, use Pam.
