“Magnetic engine” is a term usually applied to a motor that requires no power input and runs only on permanent magnets. It is a scam and a fake.
If you just want an electric motor driven by a battery, I’d buy one, not try to make one, as that takes a major machine shop and a lot of knowledge and equipment to do.
Search on google for “electric bike motor” you will get lots of hits.
