well i m doing a space project and need a way to transport people to mars… i thought the rocket VASIMR would be good for it but i need to know how many people it can carry..

Looks like it’ll take longer to get up to speed, which means you’ll have to carry more consumables (air, food, water). But for long haul transport of goods, it looks promising. It’ll be interesting to hear about the test results on the ISS.

All things being equal, it should be fine.
