I have heard something about both hybrid and electric car. They can save a lot of fuel and therefore save much money. My question is which type of it is better?
1.Can a hybrid car move if the electric is totally used up? How about the electric car? Where can I recharged the car?
2. Which car is more environmentally friendly?
3. Which car is safer? For example, is the electric car easily got thunderstruck in a heavy rain? Can the electric in both the cars affect my health with too much electrostatic force?
