5. No. In a (PEM in the following example) fuel cell, the hydrogen disassociates into a proton and an electron with the aid of a catalyst. The proton passes through the membrane, but the electron cannot and must go through the circuit being supplied by the fuel cell. On the other side of the membrane, the proton and electron recombine to form hydrogen, which are then oxidized by atmospheric oxygen, yielding water and heat.
   Or in other words, FUEL CELLS CANNOT RUN ON WATER.

6. Wrong. Fuel cells combine hydrogen and oxygen, resulting in electricity, water and heat. Water is split into hydrogen and oxygen in an electrolyzer, which is an entirely different device. The latter process also needs externally supplied energy, which is why no electrolyzer/fuel cell device that is supplied with water and gives off water and electricity can ever work.

This is a blatant example of stupidity: H2O has two hydrogen molecules bonded to one oxygen molecule and I said the released hydrogen is what gets captured and used as the gas fuel and oxygen is the by-product. The first viable hydrogen fuel cell started with separating the two hydrogen from water (H2O) this was back in the 80’s if not early. U R wasting my time. 9. Accusing me of being dead (and if this is true, then HOW am I responding???) does not change the fact that what you are describing is 1) not a fuel cell, and 2) physically impossible (those damn laws of thermodynamics again) just like every other overunity/free energy scam in human history.
   To wit: fuel cells CANNOT run on water. Learn some basic physics and chemistry and you will see why.

10. There’s a name for people like you–dead. 11. Wrong. A fuel cell takes in fuel (usually hydrogen) and oxygen and gives off (in the case of hydrogen) water, electricity and heat. A fuel cell CANNOT run on water because water is already chemically oxidized. Turning it into the hydrogen and oxygen that a fuel cell can use requires energy, and this energy is much more than is recovered from the fuel cell.

12. Apparently you work for the company. The unit in this vd uses GAS, it splits the gas molecule and uses the hydrogen in the gas, NOT water. This system is consisted BROWN fuel cell, it is not a true fuel cell which, as you say, uses WATER. I refered you to a vd which shows REAL hydrogen fuel cell in use, but you and your manure mouth is so full of shite that you can’t think nor talk accurately. You are dead pan stupid. Look up H2O fuel cells–LEARN and get your head out of your arse.

13. This is a real fuel cell. Hideously expensive and uneconomical, but a genuine fuel cell it is.
    What you are describing (water in, electricity out) is what is technically known as impossible horse manure.

16. This is what they call “BROWN” fuel cell it’s not hydrogen fuel cell which uses H2O as source; this one GAS! Insist on fuel cells that uses H2OWater as source. Gas comes from fracking so what the Frack is that–how is that sustainable when you destroy land and pollute water sources to obtain gas. False flag green.

20. GEI claims they will have a fuel cell system that will cost $9k. The FC will run on methane, propane, or nature gas reforming the fuel into hydrogen generating electricity.

21. I think Fuel Cell and natural gas reducing energy cost by half will be put into use large scale marketed as “power and heat”. The business must reduce the cost of the system 10 fold too be wide spread. Decentralized energy production makes sense long term, as electricity demand will continue to grow.
