   HAHA i run a little 2lpm cell on my van. I went from 19 to 27 MPG and had it proven it works.

   He proved what I am saying in my video very well. I.E. A 500 watt HHO device produces 1.322 Mega joules of energy per hour but consumes 1.8 Mega Joules of energy. A net loss.

6. PART 2 – The governer opened the throttle to maintain 3,600 RPM and the electrical load imposed a penalty that dropped the run time to 392 seconds. In video #2, with the HHO injected, the run time was 491 seconds. The run time DECREASED by 15.2 percent WITH a load and WITH HHO, compared to NO load and NO HHO. That proves the HHO device uses MORE energy than it gives back to the engine.

   As electrical load increases, the electrical generator GOVERNOR opens the throttle to maintain 3,600 RPM so that 60 hertz power is maintained.

   In the first video, his notebook shows run time averaged 579 seconds with 200 ml of gasoline and NO HHO electrical load. He then powered the HHO device with the eletrical generator, but did not inject the HHO.

8. I have seen your video before but I took another look to be fair. There is not a lot you can argue there. your numbers make sense.
   Now do me a favor. Get your head around this and report back. What reaction happens when HHO comes in contact with gasoline vapor? Prove that on paper and someone may listen. and please be specific with all your numbers to back you up. Thank you

12. I did post a comment on the latest video from HHOPWR about platinizing titanium plates. This process is used for professional electrolysis. Only one side from the plates needs to be platinized with platinum. The comment also explains why. I found that information on a dutch wiki page, the English wiki page did not show this information.

13. It’s cheep and easy to do right in your garage. There are some great “How To” vids on youtube. And if you want to try electroplating other metals, there are vids on them as well.
    If you want multi-metal, that is more difficult, but it can be done.
    Smack, has stated that the Ti multi-metal plates will last for about only 3 years, at about $100 a plate.
    You mite think about copper core electroplated with cobalt.
    My concern with nano-coating is the life of the plate, same with the MM coat.

15. Copper that has had the edge masked off so that it looks like a picture frame, then electroplate it 5 times. The part that isn’t plated will be under the gasket, the nickle is the only aria that will come into contact with the electrolyte.
    Were you asking what what kind of nickle was I going to use for the electroplating ?
    As pure of a nickle as I can get my hands on. I’m looking for it on the net today. Making the nickle acetate solution is easy once I can get the crystals.

16. Altern8, I think Bob Boyce stated that titanium will emulsify quickly when in an HHO cell, unless you have it coated with another metal, or multi-metal. So, you mite want to think about that before you fork over Big Bucks for the plates. And remember, Titanium is very hard to machine.

17. I set this cell up to use alot of koh. I wanted to start out the tests with a weak mix. I’ve got 2 liters of distilled and im doing 2 tests then adding 2 more tsp. to the mix. I have a got a hydrometer to measure my concentration. I deffinently will get to the 33%. My Astron power supply has a voltage control so i will be fine on the power side. Thanks!

18. Steve, There is more there. Increase your KOH strength to 33%. Use a PWM if you have to but with your power supply and the size of your cell you should not have to. Over amp the device until you get to the max temp your cell can handle. Then be prepared to be amazed. Lowering the resistance in your cell is key. Hotter water will dramatically lower your energy loss. Then just for shits and giggles add about 1 cup of urea to your solution. Just sit down whenh you calculate your results.

19. His plates are Nickel 200. If you want to try do not even think of any other alloy. Just know that they are very expensive but will work wonders compared to stainless.

    Watching your video’s has energized me. I was moving toward titanium because of the leeching issues but didnt give much thought to the resistance of the metals. I knew nickel was less resistant but never put in the time as i thought it would be way too expensive. But im liking the results i have. I just did a test that gave me my largest mmw of any of my previous devices. 5.75mmw @75.6%. Im stoked!

21. I perform this test in my garage. the temp was 63 degrees. Thank for the comment.

22. I blasted them to create more surface area to get a greater current density. thus a smaller device. As i do more tests and post new videos keep in mind that this cell is only 7 4×6 plates.

25. I was thinking that maybe with this test, since it is taking more then five minutes, that the collected  gas inside the bottle has time enough to warm up and expand when it gets at room temperature.

    It is just a theory though. But when my theory is correct then your results will be more accurate with a higher gas production and a cell that is running a bit longer so the water is warmed up a little bit.

    Nevertheless it is looking good, I like the setup and the experiment.
