I don’t mean to be picky, but can you rephrase this to be coherent? I mean, theres a lot of things we would need to know in order to answer what voltage is needed for the spark. Also I don’t know what a tesla is, like a tesla coil? I also did not notice a cathode neutralizer in the drawing you linked. So, more info?
