The world needs a new source of energy, an unspillable source.

  1. Electricity will never run out. Maybe the sources of electricity will run short, but NEVER run out.
You conserve electricity to save money.

  2. when electricity is generated (several methods are used, coal, nuclear, thermal, hydro, etc..) THAT is what causes the polution (according to whichever way your electricity is made). and no, “electricity” will never run out, the means of generation may change, but the end result will be constant.

  3. The problem with electricity is that companies are still using fosil fuels to produce the electricity needed for the masses. As a result, if the same method is used to continue to supply Electricity then yes, Electricity will run out.

However, if you look at others forms of producing Electricity, chances are it won’t run out.

  4. Since Electricity is considered a ‘theory’, then it must be a fake like global warming, so when people realize that electricity is a fraud just to make money, it and AGW will cease to exist.

  5. You conserve electricity to save money.um i thought the more power you use the more output of carbon goes into the atmosphere?hence the global warming effect.
IM no smart a_ss,so don’t get me wrong, but that’s what i thought and have seen on the idiot box.
in Australia they were showing a commercial about power consumption, black balloons(carbon)coming out of electrical appliances.

  6. Electricity will only run out if we stop making electricity. You should conserve because it will say you money.

  7. no. if Al Gore doesn’t mind using all that electricity, and the people FLYING AROUND IN THEIR JETS to lecture the rest of us on conserving energy don’t mind using so much, you should not worry at all about it.

but if you conserve, like turning off lights etc… your bill will be lower.

Is it true that one of these days that electricity will run out?

If not why should I worry about conserving electricity?
