It is so frustrating! The new supposed GM Volt is being purposely designed with a high price tag and a battery capacity less than 1/4 of the OLD GM EV-1. What a scam! Also, the production date is set to 2010. Perhaps it will never be sold because they’ll be afraid people might try to modify the vehicles with bigger batteries and actually give the finger to gas!? Why doesn’t some rich entrepreneur start up a small electric company like Delorean did with the DMC?
