Just curious…
I notice many cars made within the last decade. Electric cars, solar-powered cars, remote controlled cars, and much more. But I thought I seen a wind hover-craft or something that uses stored energy to power up the power fans under the craft thus lifts the machine and uses the wind from the bottom to fully power the machine and save some to start up the next time. It has a fan on the back to proceed and in front for a efficient stop. Basically a gas-less environment friendly machine and strong against earthquakes.
Have you seen one somewhere?
I think they say that it looks similar like the manta machine featured in the Unreal Tournament series.
