Question by Professor: Lemon oil for killing ants?
I’ve heard people say the best way to remove ants is to use lemon oil.
Is this true? I’ve been getting a large amount of flying ants in my room and they’ve been there for about a month, I’ve cleaned the room top to bottom, used ant powder etc… But I keep seeing them.
What lemon oil are people referring to when they say this? Can someone pull up a UK link for me to somewhere that sells some?
Anybody have any other good solutions for getting rid of flying ants in a single room?

ants will come in ur house because of food they can smell and maybe its hot outside im not joking and u probably still see them because they laid eggs and i suggest just buying something at the store or lemon oil

Flying ants leave the mother queens nest to mate and after mating the new queens loose their wings and they look for places to start their own nests. The queen does not lay eggs until she looses her wings and makes a nest.
Hitting the ants with a fly swatter will get rid of them. Or open a window and they will leave.
The lemon oil might be the real oil that you find in places like Hobby Lobby or Michaels.
Maybe they are termites.
