at the NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) meeting re: 2 more reactors at Comanche Peak. Basically, Luminant told the judge that, even though the petitioner didn’t see the updated plan information because it’s SUSA, petitioner’s contention should be ruled moot by the NRC ALJs.
