I don’t understand how this is a conspiracy theory from the left. The link is Sarah Palin accusing the White House of being in bed with big oil because Obama took a $77,000 campaign contribution from BP.
The reply from the Obama adminstration is that the oil companies have long enjoyed a “cozy relationship,” with the White House, which is absolutely true.
Lobbyists have long been able to set their own safety standards when it comes to oil companies, a precedent set by the Bush/Cheney administration.
How is this article a conspiracy theory from the left?
