My though is that the USA has not dipped into the oil reserve or upped the oil production in the USA to see what foreign countries do. Being that the USA sucks dry and shows their dependence on other countries for their natural resources while they hold back on theirs. Go ahead keep the soaring prices of oil up up and away and see what happens. And when the USA starts to dip into there reserve and ups production lets see what happens. What are your thoughts something will break!
