    I work for a national non-profit environmental organization and I was wondering if we could use your photo of the Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant station in our next newsletter. We would give you credit under any name you choose (Tony the Misfit?). We’re discussing the recent supreme court decision on cooling water intake structures at power plants. I know you use Creative Commons, but I wanted to make sure it would be ok to use your photo.
